William (Bill) L. Cyr, aged 86, of Wyoming, went home to spend Christmas with his Lord, Sunday, December 24, 2006. He was preceded in death by his great-grandchild, Dalton. Bill loved his Lord above all, enjoyed serving in many capacities at church and his family next, being a good provider. Bill is survived by his wife of 64 years, Loraine; his children, Gerene (Larry) VandenBosch of Holland, Charlene (Roger) Gabbert of Caledonia; his grandchildren, Reggie (Cindy) VandenBosch, Chris (Stacey) VandenBosch, Tim (Carol) Gabbert, Terry (Laura) Gabbert; eight great-grandchildren, Lauren, Collin, Sophie, Cole, Emily, Alex, Timmy, Ethan; his sister and brothers, Mae Baker, George (Thelma) Morse, Robert (Mary) Morse; many nieces and nephews. The family will meet relatives and friends Friday 10 to 12 noon in the Prayer Chapel at Grand Rapids First Assembly of God, 2100 44th St. SW where funeral services will be held at 12 noon with Pastor Howard Collver officiating.
