Priest, Violet (nee WATTERSON) Mrs. Violet Priest, aged 92, of Grand Rapids, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; son, Donald (Zena); her brothers, George, Gene and sister, Bernice. Surviving are her daughter, Sandra (George) Brooks; one sister, Lorraine (Jim) Trimpe; grandchildren, Russ (Pressy) Downing, Ron (Karie) Downing, Don (Pam) Priest, Karen (Steve) Razz; great-grandchildren, Ross, Ryan Downing, Danielle, Dallas Downing, Kirsten, Michael Razz; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held. Our special thanks to Tammy, Heartland Hospice for their compassionate care given to Violet.
