Age 88, entered his heavenly home October 27, 2020. Tony was born March 10, 1932 in Grand Rapids to the late Anthony and Katherine Klumpstra. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Betty; son-in-law, Ken Timmerman; and brother-in-law, Jake Haisma. He is survived by his children, Cheryl (Jerry) See of Kalkaska, Bob (Mary) Klumpstra of Wyoming, Mike (Shirlene) Klumpstra of Marne, Kathy Timmerman of Grand Rapids, Donna (Roger) Waddle of Halifax, VA, Kristi (Jim) Huyser of Hudsonville; 23 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren. Also surviving are his sister, Verlee Haisma; and brother, Norm Klumpstra. Tony was very proud of his service in the US Army during the Korean Conflict and his membership in the U.A.W. He retired after 30 years and 3 months from General Motors, he was a hard worker and provider for his family. Tony loved to fish, he liked to drive nice cars, and he will be fondly remembered for always tinkering. His friends and neighbors were always the benefactors to his woodworking crafts. Tony and Betty enjoyed traveling in retirement to Florida, Virginia, Texas and the Upper Peninsula. A private graveside service will be held at Washington Park Memorial Gardens.
