Mr. Anthony Paul Sasso, aged 93, passed away Monday, March 6, 2006. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn; his parents, Barthlo and Augustina Sasso; sisters, Lucille Felty and Mary Parente; brothers, Sam Sasso and Frank (Sasso) Bryan; his son-in-law, Jerry Kreger; and granddaughters, Kim Dykema and Michelle Sasso. He is survived by his children, Stena Kreger, Bart (Carol) Sasso and Tony Lee Sasso; five grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren; his brother, Phil (Ginny) Sasso and very special cousins, Al and Rose Catalano. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 10, 2006 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 101 Hall St. SE., with Rev. Theodore Kozlowski as celebrant. The family will greet relatives and friends Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave., and one hour prior to Mass at Church on Friday. A Rosary service will be held Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral chapel. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
