Terry Ottenwess

Terry Joseph Ottenwess, age 66, passed away unexpectedly August 26, 2025. Terry was born September 11, 1958 in Grand Rapids, to the late Henry and Dorothy (Murphy) Ottenwess. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Lori Ottenwess and Lynn Heyboer; and his brother, Tom Ottenwess. Terry always lived life at 100% capacity in everything he did. He worked at ABC Warehouse for many years. Terry will be greatly missed by his children, Trevor Ottenwess and Taylor Ottenwess; stepdaughter, Amanda (James) Nagel; grandchildren, Mya, Haily, Kaitlyn, Harper, Tamen, and Brielle. He is also survived by his former wife, Janine Ottenwess; and brother, Tim (Karen) Ottenwess. A visitation will be held Sunday, August 31, 2025 from 1-3 PM, followed by a time of sharing, at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home, Alt & Shawmut Hills Chapel, 2120 Lake Michigan Drive NW.
