Stanley E. Vaught

Stanley E. Vaught, aged 73, of Grand Rapids, MI passed away Saturday, May 20, at Metropolitan Hospital after a long battle with Lou Gehrig's Disease. As a young man, Stan served his country as a veteran in the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by his children, Virginia (Willie) Brown, Stanley (Annette) Vaught, Jr., Sally (Anthony) Andrews, Senneca Vaught, Nicole (L.C.) Tillman-Thomas and Emanual Tolbert; brothers, John Vaught, Jay Vaught, and Loy Vaught; sisters, Callie Harden, Mellvina Cunningham, Sally Widby and Ella Vaught; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews. Visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday, May 24 from 1 to 5 p.m. Service will be held at Brown's Funeral Chapel, 627 Jefferson, S.E. on Thursday, May 25 at 12:00 Noon with family hour at 11:00 a.m. Rev.
