Robert Allen Troost “Bob” of Grand Rapids, MI formally of Kalamazoo, MI, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024.
He was born in Holland, MI in the spring of 1946 to the late Raymond and Frieda [Veltkamp] Troost.
Along with his parents, Bob is preceded in death by his wife Mary [Hamilton] Troost as well as by his brothers Raymond Jr. and Dennis Troost.
He is survived by brothers Fred, (Lynn) and Kenneth, (Edna) Troost.
Bob was a 1965 graduate for the West Ottawa High School and had served in the Army during the Vietnam Conflict.
Graveside funeral services with military honors are scheduled to take place at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, (994 Paw Paw Dr., Holland MI, 49423), on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 11 AM.
