Rita K. Fallon

Rita K. Fallon, aged 93, of Grand Rapids, died Monday, December 12, 2005. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis X. Fallon, Sr. She is survived by her children, Francis X., Jr. (Jessie) Fallon of Minneapolis, Edward (Dewi) Fallon of Washington, DC, Joanne Fallon of Grand Rapids, Catherine (Charles) Kinney of Santa Fe, NM, Paul (Celia) Fallon of South Bend, IN, Robert (Liza) Fallon of Grand Rapids, Elizabeth (Cecil Mella) Fallon of Chicago, William (Mary) Fallon of Grand Rapids; sister, Katherine Taylor of Wayne, NJ; grandchildren, Jennifer, Rebecca, David Fallon, Chanatip "Tip" Fallon, Peter Austgen II, Lisa, and Ellen Kinney, Katy, Tim, Liz and Nora Fallon, Louise, Kathleen Fallon, John Mella, Michael, Emily, Brian, Greg, Matt and Sarah Fallon; many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Friday 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 1449 Wilcox Park Dr. SE, Rev. Eugene Golas, presiding. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Vigil service will be Thursday 7:00 p.m. Visitation Wednesday 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the O'Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Rd. SE. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army or the St. Thomas Education Foundation.
