Richard Spaulding

Richard “Peizerman” Spaulding, 77, of Grand Rapids, MI, peacefully passed away Saturday February 12, 2022. Richard was born in the fall of 1944 in Grand Rapids to the late Bernie and Irma Spaulding. Richard is preceded in death by his brothers: Ron, James (Joan), William (Carolyn), and Thomas Spaulding along with his sister Pam (Roger) Schulte. He is survived by his sister Margaret Koron of Grand Rapids, many Nieces, Nephews, and extended family. Dickie will be remembered most for his love of food, good music and finding joy in the simplicities of life whether it was lemon tea or his sisters homemade chili. He spent his years living as God’s ambassador of love, bringing smiles to all who knew him. Any memorial contributions may be donated to the wonderful staff at Allendale Nursing Home or Spectrum Health’s Emergency and ICU teams for their outstanding service and dedication to Dickie’s care. At this time memorial services are pending and will be announced at a later date.
