Mrs. Patricia Ann Bouk aged 85, of Grand Rapids, passed away on February 26, 2016. Patricia is survived by her husband of 62 years, Jack; children, Brad Bouk, Carrie (Robert) Andree, and Lori (Richard) Couturier; grandchildren, Matt (Kristen) Andree, Jeff (Katelyn) Andree, Sara (Paul) Grabbe, Caleigh Bouk, Chase Couturier, and Kirsten Couturier; great-grandchildren, Jack, Ella and Sage; sister-in-law, Betty Jean Lewis; and several nieces and nephews. Patricia retired from Bissell after 25 years of service. A special thank you to Faith Hospice and her nurse, Kathy Babcock, for their care and compassion. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday March 3, 2016 at Orchard Hill Reformed Church, 1465 Three Mile Rd NW. The family will receive visitors from 10-11 AM at church.
