Patricia Ann Mroz, lovingly known as Pat, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was deeply loved and will be missed beyond measure.

Funeral Mass will be conducted on Monday, October 5, 2026, 11:00 A.M. at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 224 Carrier St NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 3-5:00 P.M. at Heritage Life Story Funeral Homes- Van Strien Creston Chapel, 1833 Plainfield Ave., NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505 and on Monday, October 5, 2026, from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Mass at the church. She will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery. Honors will be presented by Grand Rapids Area Nurse Honor Guard.
