Nancy Sue (Lewis) Rogers, age 84, entered her heavenly home, July 29, 2025. Nancy was born June 23, 1941 in Lima, OH, to the late Charles and Dorothy (Kilgore) Crosser. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond Lewis; son, Stephen Lewis; and great granddaughter, Arwen Mallay. Nancy taught elementary school before entering the mission field where she met and married Raymond Lewis, became mother to his children, and together served for 30 years in Brazil. She was a longtime member of North Park Baptist Church. Nancy is survived by her husband, Forrest Rogers; brothers, David Crosser, Ronald (Susan) Crosser, Robert (Patricia) Crosser; children, Phil (Liz) Lewis, and Charlotte (Doug) Hendricks; Forrest’s children, Greg (Luann) Rogers, Rebecca (Kamm) Carpenter, Julie (Steve) Wing, Phillip (Tamra) Rogers, Eric Rogers, Jason Rogers; many grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held, Sunday, August 3, 2025 at 4 PM at North Park Baptist Church, 3365 Coit Ave NE, where friends may visit with her family beginning at 3 PM. Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery. Memorials may be made to North Park Baptist Church.
