Miss Mary Zomerlei, age 87, originally of Grandville, MI, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Bessie Zomerlei, as well as her brother, Jack (Maxine) Zomerlei, sister, Rose (Mel) Sharphorn, and her sister-in-law, Joanne Zomerlei. She is survived by her brothers, Carl Zomerlei and Paul (Carol) Zomerlei, as well as many niece and nephews. Mary will be well remembered for her compassionate, caring spirit; she was very involved in First Church of Grandville. In connection with Mary’s desires, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Grandville cemetery, 3570 Prairie St. SW, Grandville, MI 49418.
