THEEUWES, Mary L.
Grand Rapids, MI
Age 57, passed away October 31, 2020 at St. Mary's Hospital. Mary was born July 6, 1963 in Grand Rapids to Jack and Elizabeth (Krezelewski) Theeuwes. Her father preceded her in death. Mary was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church where she tutored for several years at the Academy. She loved animals, Grand Rapids Griffin Hockey, and the Wizard of OZ. Mary enjoyed the annual “girls trip” for 32 years. She is survived by her mother, Betty Theeuwes; grandmother, Retha Theeuwes-Doane; aunts and uncles, Mary and Walt Morris, Bonnie Lusk, Ron Schreur; several cousins; special friends at the Griffins and McDonalds; and many other friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 11 AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 151 Garfield Avenue SW. Friends may visit with family beginning at 10 AM.
