Mary Link

LINK - Mary E. Link, (nee Muenzenmeyer) age 84, of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully at St. Ann’s home on November 5, 2008. She was born on March 24, 1924 in Burlington, Iowa, the daughter of Walter and Mamie Muenzenmeyer. She was married on April 4, 1945 to Edward J. Link who preceded her in death in March of 2004. Also preceding her in death were her sons David Link and Joseph Link and son-in-law Donald Stiles, brother William Muenzenmeyer, brother and sister-in-law Paul and Mary Lou Muenzenmeyer, sister Frances Wood and sister-in-law and brother-in-law Rosemary and Leon Morse. She is survived by her daughter Janet Stiles, sons William (Mary Jane) Link and Lawrence Link, brother Walter ( Mary) Muenzenmeyer, brother-in-law Earl Wood, grandchildren, Angela (Arnold) Roxas, Dean (Stacy) Stiles, Alison (Andrew) Norder, Shannon (Mason) Klein, Gerard (Anna) Link, Jeff (Sara) Link, Jaime Link, Christopher Link and Gabrielle (Jerry) Van Stedum , 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 AM on Saturday, November 8 at Holy Spirit Church, 2230 Lake Michigan Drive NW. Interment in Resurrection Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home – Alt & Shawmut Hills Chapel, 2120 Lake Michigan Drive NW on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM with a Rosary service to begin at 7 PM.
