Mary L. Graham age 101, died peacefully on July 15, 2023. She was born in Middleville, MI to John and Maria Lukso who had immigrated from Austria - Hungary. In 1945 she married her Airforce pilot hero, Gerald (Jerry) Graham and they soon moved to Ann Arbor, MI where Mary became a dental assistant at the University of Michigan dental school.

The couple settled permanently in Grand Rapids, MI where Mary became very active in the real estate market. She was very proud of her acquisition, sale, and management of many properties, some of which she owned and managed into her late nineties. Mary was also very active in many philanthropic organizations in Grand Rapids throughout her life.

Mary was a beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She was preceded in death by her siblings, John Lukso, Anna Carlson, Steven Lukso, Irene Verhill, and Joe Lukso. She is survived by her husband of 78 years, Gerald “Jerry” Graham, children Catherine Wilke (Bill), Gregory Graham, Thomas Graham (Patricia), and Teresa Graham (Michael). Also surviving are her grandchildren Ryan Wilke (Mindy), Stacey Graham (Josh), Megan Graham, Rachel Trabaris (Will), and Graham Tarling together with three great grandchildren Reid, Keaton, and Juniper. Funeral services will take place on July 29 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Grand Rapids, MI at noon. Family will receive visitors at the church one hour prior.
