Marvin Veneklasen

Veneklasen, Marvin Charles, Age 94, passed away February 15th, 2022.

Marvin is preceded in death by his loving wife, Donna E Veneklasen, and by his mother Jennie and father Benjamin, brothers Donald, Robert, Norman, and Kenneth, and sisters Virginia Sullivan and Maxine Heydenberk.

He is survived by nephews and nieces and many dear friends and neighbors.

Marvin went to Union High School and later served in the US Army in Germany. Marvin worked over 50 years in the Electrical Supply business.

Marvin belonged to the Grand Rapids Elks #48 since 1960 serving in many capacities. He enjoyed traveling in many parts of the world, as well as bowling and golfing and fellowshipping with his many friends and neighbors.

Following cremation, a Memorial Celebration of Marv’s life is being planned. Those who wish to make a Memorial contribution may consider a charity of their choice.
