Marshall Arthur Bouwer was brought into this world July 2nd for those that loved him to be able to see him before he was gone. Marshall is survived by his loving parents Nathaniel and Angelina Bouwer, and a large number of other family members. Psalm 139:14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
