Marion Louise Colvin

Marion Louise Colvin, aged 83, of Grandville, was called to her Heavenly Home on Wednesday, December 28, 2005. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Herman Colvin. She had been a nurse's aid at Crestview Nursing Home until her retirement. Marion's family was especially important to her and she was always a loving mother and grandmother who had a smile and sense of humor. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Robert and Paula Colvin of Howard City, Roger and Patricia Colvin of Cedar Springs, Ray and Wendi Colvin of Hamilton, Linda and Larry Barrett of Hudsonville, Nancy and Ken Leslie of Grandville, Debbie and Kerry Kooyers of Wyoming, Randy and Julie Colvin of Belmont; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; sister, Mildred and Duane Voorman; brothers, Marvin and Barb Blouw, Gordon and Gayle Blouw; sisters-in-law, Laverne Blouw, Mildred Colvin; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville), 4145 Chicago Dr., Grandville. Interment Floral View Memorial Gardens. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Laurels of Hudsonville. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9:00 p.m.
