Marijane Paulsen

Marijane Paulsen, age 92, of Jenison, MI, passed away while in the company of her family on Tuesday, January 24, 2023.

She was born in December of 1930 to the late Cornelius and Jennie Stoutjesdyk. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, James Gordon Paulsen, grandson Scott Vosburg, great-granddaughter Cretia Bohl and great-grandson Jeremiah Van Dyke as well as by all of her 5 siblings.

She is survived by her daughters Dianne (Mark) Vosburg, Karen (Ken) Van Dyke, Sandy (Rick) Bishop, Nancy (Paul) Malinowski and Kristi (Harry) Aalto as well as by 15 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.

Marijane had been a life long member of East Leonard Christian Reformed Church.

Funeral services will be held at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home, Van Strien Creston Chapel, (1833 Plainfield Ave. NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505) on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Friends may visit with the family prior to the service at 10:00 AM.

Marijane will be laid to rest next to James in Rosedale Memorial Park Cemetery.
