Age 96, passed away March 9, 2021. Marie was born December 25, 1924 in Byron Center to the late Phillip and Johanna (Eygenraam) Lugtigheid. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jacob Stulp; sister, Alida Ouendag; and brothers, Peter and John Lugtigheid. Marie is survived by her children, Joseph (Zann) Stulp of Rockford, Dorie (Tim) Idsinga of Grand Rapids; grandchildren, Cassandra Chartier, Gabriel (Danielle) Stulp, Logan (Adelyn) Stulp, Chase (Baylee) Stulp, Mandi Marino, Robert Marino; great grandchildren, Nolan & Claire Chartier, Jack & Henry Stulp, and Winston Stulp; and her special nieces and nephew. Marie remained fiercely independent and remained dedicated to her family never expecting anything in return. According to her wishes cremation will take place. A memorial service will be held, Saturday March 13, 2021 at 11 AM at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home, 2120 Lake Michigan Drive NW. Friends may visit with her family beginning at 10 AM.
