Makenzie VanZant

Makenzie Raye VanZant, of Grand Rapids Michigan, passed away on January 11, 2026 after struggling with health issues over the last few years. Makenzie is preceded in death by her father Keith Rinks, her maternal grand parents Judith Houghland and William Voigt. Makenzie is survived by her sons Cameron and Benjamin VanZant; her Mother and Stepfather, Ann (Michael) McDonald; her sister, Kelsey (Alex) DeLange, brother, Kadyn Kornoelje; her nephews ,Dallas and Declan, and her paternal grandparents, Jack (Nancy) Rinks, as well as many aunts and uncles.

Makenzie was a wonderful mother who loved her boys more than anything in this world. She truly was one of a kind and will be greatly missed by many. Unfortunately she was taken from us way too soon. Fly high my beautiful angel you will never be forgotten.
