VandenBos, Louise (VanderVlucht) Ensing-Terpstra, age 89 of Grand Rapids went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, December 9, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Albert Ensing, Harry Terpstra, and Albertus VandenBos; older siblings, six brothers and two sisters, son-in-law Steve Schmitt and grandson by marriage Daniel King. She is survived by her three children, Linda (Ensing) Norton-Newhouse, Bruce (Linda) Ensing and Karen (Ensing) Schmitt, grandchildren, Matthew (Michele) Ensing, Jennifer Norton-King, Jaime (Ensing) Kretschman, Jason Ryke (Schmitt), Adam Ryke (Schmitt), Jodi (Ben) Schmitt-Curtis, Scott (Lindsey) Ensing, Emily (Sam) Ensing-Nou, and Trisha Schmitt; and 14 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Friday, December 12, 11:00 AM at Washington Park Memorial Garden, 1205 Richmond St., NW, Grand Rapids. A special Thank you to The Christian Nursing Home for their kindness and care while Louise resided there the past (15) months.
