Leta Kwiatkowski

Leta Mae Kwiatkowski, age 80, passed away October 25, 2024. Leta was born February 3, 1944 in Beaver Dam, WI to the late Theodore and Lillian (Brace) Sjoerdsma. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Kwiatkowski; siblings, Earl Smith, Dorothy Crawford, Frank Smith, and Mike Smith; and step-father, Virgil Smith. Leta is survived by her children, Theresa Kwiatkowski and Tony Kwiatkowski; granddaughters, Natalie and Avery; siblings, Tom (Jan) Sjoerdsma, Ted (Kathy) Sjoerdsma, Bonnie (Kiehl) Jennett, Pauline (Ralph) Lovell, Carol (Dave) Wolters, Betty (Donny) Foster; many cousins, nieces and nephews. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 9 AM at St. Pius X Church, 3937 Wilson Ave SW. Friends may visit with family on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home, Alt & Shawmut Hills Chapel, 2120 Lake Michigan Drive NW where a Scripture Service will be shared at 7:30 PM.
