Julayn Fulmer

Julayn Jo Fulmer, age 69 of Walker, passed away on May 19, 2023. Julie loved to paint, especially anything related to owls. She also collected anything owl related. Julie played Bingo with her daughters as much as she could and looked forward to the opportunity to do so. She was a kind hearted soul who never met a stranger. She always tried to make friends with whoever she encountered. Her favorite movie was Guardians of the Galaxy. Julie was preceded in death by her parents, George and Alberta; as well as her six siblings. She is survived by her daughters Terri Busman, Beverly Busman, Samantha Carstens, Donna Bruce and Christina (Chrissy) Morrison; grandchildren Dominic, Keegan, Joshua, Zech, Jessica, Nykitia, Nickolas and Kimberly (Kimmie); great granddaughters Liliana and Everleigh. She will lovingly be remembered and her tremendous smile will be greatly missed.
