Jimmie Lassic D.D.S., aged 49, left his temporary home to go be with his Lord and Savior November 9, 2006. He is survived his loving wife, Linda; devoted daughter, Jalynn; brothers, Paul K. and Gary Lassic; sister, Mary (Charles) Brazlton all of Detroit, MI. Public visitation will be Monday, November 13 5 to 8 p.m. at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel. Kappa Alpha Psi and Prince Hall Masons rituals will follow public acknowledgements. Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 14, 2006 11:00 a.m. at Messiah Baptist Church, Rev. David R. Jarrett officiating.
