Jane Parkins aged 69, of Grand Rapids passed away Sunday, February 26, 2006. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Bill Van Artsen, second husband, Harold Parkins and her brother James Wittkowski. Jane will be lovingly remembered by her children, Perri (Jim) Hartwell, Robin (Bob) Sprik, Bill (Linda) Van Artsen, Ronnie (Kim) Van Artsen; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; step-children, Sue (Larry) White, Rex Parkins, Duane Parkins, brothers; Dick (Lois) Wittkowski, David (Vivian) Wittkowski; sisters, Marilyn Metzger, Jo Anne (Doug) Helsel; sister-in-law, Carol Wittkowski; aunt Jean Peterson; many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 2, 2006 at St. Pius X Parish 3937 Wilson Ave SW Grandville, MI 49418 with Father George Darling as celebrant. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the Reyers North Valley Chapel 2815 Fuller Ave NW and 3 Mile Rd on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Rosary will be prayed at 8:30 p.m. Reyers North Valley Chapel
