Franklin Scott Dixon passed away peacefully in his sister's home after a short but arduous battle with cancer. Scott lived in the south, enjoyed the heat and working long days in concrete. He was a man who loved physical labor. Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Tetzlaff; father, Francis Dixon; and fiance, Tina Nowak. He is survived by His children, Nathaniel Dixon (Yaniri Dixon) grandson Malakai Dixon. Daughter Rebeccah VanHulle (Keith VanHulle) granddaughter Ivy VanHulle, son Zachery Preston (Anthony Holte), His stepmother Barbara Dixon, Siblings, Robert (Yvonne) Dixon, Vicki Newhouse (Greg), Michelle Hilliker (Dennis Hilliker), Kimberly Scott (Bill Scott). Many nieces and nephews.
Celebration of life will be held at the Coopersville Farm Museum. Friday the 19th, 4-7 pm. 375 Main St. Coopersville, MI 49404.
He will be missed for his carefree attitude, being a grandpa, and having a good time.
