Elwyn Perry McGrady

GRADY Mr. Elwyn Perry McGrady, age 93, of Bailey, died Saturday, January 13, 2007. He married Ruth Alphena Hendrickson on October 29, 1938 in Elkhart, Indiana and she preceded him in death on May 24, 1999. He is survived by his children, Jeanette and Jerry Parker, Susann and John McKinley all of Fruitport, Melvin and Beth McGrady of Portland, Kathryn McKinley of Muskegon, Lila and Tom Muma of Grant; 22 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren, one great great-granddaughter, several nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by daughter Joan Ekkel in 1988 and his sister Lenna Passage in 2006. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 p.m. from the North Casnovia Baptist Church, Bailey on Saturday, January 20, 2007 with Pastor Kelly Carlson officiating. Interment will be in the Seaman Cemetery near Bailey. Visitation will be held 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at North Casnovia Baptist Church.
