Eleanor Rotman

Eleanor (Rykse) Rotman, aged 84, of Allendale, went to her Heavenly Home on Monday, September 11, 2006. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Russell Kuit, and daughter, Ellen Waters. She will be greatly missed by her husband of 24 years, Kenneth Rotman; children, Mary and Rich Beuker, Ruth and Wiebe Van Zwol, John and Diane Kuit, Marcia and Kevin Emmert, Steve Waters, Nancy Rotman, Allen and Jeanne Rotman, Roger and Dawn Rotman, Kristie and Jay Groenink; 16 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Donald and Lorraine Rykse, Calvin and Kathy Rykse, Russell and Lois Rykse, Freda Afman, Evelyn and Gerald Bremmer, Phyllis Paris, Muriel Ohlman; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Jackie Rykse, Arnold and Alida Rotman, Gordon Rotman, Walter Haverdink, Alice Rykse, Harvey Hamstra; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday 2 PM at First Allendale Christian Reformed Church, 5734 Country View Dr., Allendale with Rev. Larry Slings officiating. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice or Love INC. Relatives and friends may meet her family at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Allendale), 6850 Lake Michigan Dr., Allendale on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM and at the church on Thursday from 1 to 2 PM prior to the service.
