Ed Spicer

Mr. Ed Spicer, aged 58, of Grand Rapids, Veteran of Vietnam War, passed away Sunday December 3, 2006. Surviving are his wife, Jan (nee Esterley); his children, Nina Spicer, Michael Young, Janelle (Brian) Johnson, Gary Wietsma (Nikki), Tarrey (Kelly) Wietsma; seven grandchildren; his sister, Shirley Appel; brother, Raymond Spicer, other relatives and friends. He was a member of American Legion Post 459. VFW 830 Post, American Vets Post 23. Ed was an accomplished bass guitarist with Cross Country. The Funeral and Committal Service will be conducted Thursday 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will receive visitors Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Arsulowicz Brothers Mortuary, West Chapel, 585 Stocking NW. Memorial contributions to Ed's family will be appreciated.
