Diane Beth (Bonnema) Beurkens, 71, passed away on April 30, 2025 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Born on February 20, 1954, Diane was the beloved wife of David Beurkens for 50 years, and a devoted mother and grandmother.
A lifelong lover of reading, Diane enjoyed a quiet, thoughtful life. She was always eager to share her love of books with others, and her family will remember her for the time she spent reading and teaching her grandchildren.
Diane is survived by her husband, David; her children, Corinne Wolbrink (William Wolbrink II) and Jill Hunt (Megan Meyer); and her grandchildren, Ashleigh Wolbrink, William Wolbrink III, Joshua Hunt, Nora Hunt and Avery Hunt.
Diane will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her love, wisdom, and spirit will continue to inspire and guide them.
