Charlene (Hardiman) Watts, known to many as "Cookie", entered into eternal rest peacefully in her sleep on September 12, 2006. She is survived by her loving husband of fifteen years, Timothy Alan Watts Sr.; two loving children, Salina (Murray III) Marshall-Mondy and Timothy Alan Watts Jr.; her parents, Learlean (William) Garel, Charles (Rosie) Hardiman; five sisters, Dorthy, Darlene, Sheryl, Rosa and Charlese; two brothers, Garrett (Rhonda) Minter Jr. and Gregory (Kim) Minter; granddaughters, Murrayven and Makensie Mondy and a host of nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. At Charlene's request, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Charlene's life will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2006 at 10 AM at Messiah Baptist Church, 517 Henry Street, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503. Rev. Artie Lindsey - pastor presiding. A private celebration of life will be held for Charlene's immediate friends and family Friday, September 15, 2006 at 7 PM at Tabernacle Church, 2550 Eastern. A Memorial Fund has been established in memory of Charlene Watts at Fifth Third Bank for those who wish to make contributions
