Casimer F. Potapa

Casimer F. "Casey" Potapa, aged 85, of Caledonia Township, formerly of Cascade Township, passed away on November 22, 2006. Surviving are his wife, Dina; his step-children, Bill and Donna Aitchison of MO, Joseph and Pat Aitchison of Caledonia, Roy Aitchison of Gun Lake and Fred and Lisa Cox of Alto; his children, Ron Potapa of KY, Janet Stevens of CA, Brenda Gardener of Kentwood and Debbie Stewart of Byron Center. Several grandchildren; one brother, Felix Potapa of Grand Rapids and several nieces and nephews. Casey worked for Steelcase for 17 and enjoyed his ten years as a greeter at Wal Mart. The funeral service will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. in the Metcalf and Jonkhoff Chapel. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the time of service. Memorial contributions to the Parkinson's Association of West Michigan or the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated. The family is being served by
