Carol Jorgenson

Carol Joycelyn Jorgenson, age 93, of Grand Rapids, was promoted to heaven on Saturday, October 14, 2023. Carol was born May 17, 1930 in Racine, WI to the late Harry and Alida (Hanson) Carlson. She is also proceeded in death by her husband, Richard B. Jorgenson; sisters, Jean Bird and Dorothy Nelson; and son-in-law, Eric Snider, Jr. Carol is survived by her daughters, Sue (Roger) Hollis and Beth Snider; grandchildren, Alison (Jonathan) Doenier, Brandon, Daryl, and Evan Hollis, Kevin (Marissa) Snider, Jayne Snider; and several nieces and nephews. According to her wishes, anatomical donation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 2 PM at Covenant Living of the Great Lakes, 2510 Lake Michigan Drive NW, with refreshments to follow. Memorials may be made to First Evangelical Covenant Church.
