Beth Hansen

Beth E. Hansen passed into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior on November 21, 2025, with her family by her side. Beth is survived by her children John, Beth (Ray), Thomas, David, and Teresa. She also leaves behind eleven beloved grandchildren: James, Jeffrey, Katrina, Anthony, Roy, Crista, David, Lloyd, Michelle, Andrew, and Matthew; as well as numerous great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Beth was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Lloyd Hansen; her daughters-in-law, Joyce and Paula; and her granddaughter, Tamara.

Beth served the Lord alongside her husband, Lloyd, who was ordained as a minister for many years. They served many churches in the United States, they also served the Lord in Africa, where they served for three years in Zambia, and after retirement, for one year in Puerto Rico.

In 1995, Beth and Lloyd moved into Clark Retirement Community, where she enjoyed painting, quilting, and many other art forms.

A service to remember Beth will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Clark Home, located at 1546 Sherman St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506, with light refreshments to follow. Beth’s family will meet with friends one hour prior to the service at the same location.
