Beletset Desta

Desta, Beletset Zewde was born January 27, 1947 in Semdi, Eritrea to Zewde Desta and Mebrat Beraki. She passed away peacefully February 15, 2022 with her family by her side. For the last 6 years, Beletset has resided in the United States, living in Grand Rapids with her family here and being an active member of the Eritrean Community and Medhani Alem Eritrean Orthodox Tewahdo Church. A service will be held Sunday, February 20, 2022 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the church, 1780 Knapp St NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505. Interment will be in Semdi, Eritrea.
