Beatrice Ebels

Mrs. Beatrice Evelyn Ebels, aged 97, entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior February 17, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Stephen C., her son and daughter-in-law, John Wesley and Luella Ebels, and grandson Jim Stringham II. She is lovingly survived by her children, Gladys (Jim) Stringham, Ellen (Ron) Sabin, June (Ralph) Lettinga; ten grandchildren, Gary (MaryBeth) Ebels, Mike (Barb) Ebels, Tim (Judy) Stringham, Steven (Kay) Stringham, Ron (Melanie) Sabin, Susan (Ryan) Thomasma, Rachel (Randy) Harkema, Kevin (Deb) Lettinga, Ken (Deb) Lettinga, Stephanie (Darryl) Helmholdt; 30 great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; her sister, Norine Oom; special niece, Kay (Jim) Geib, and many other nieces and nephews. The family thanks Raybrook Nursing Third Floor for all their kind and loving care. Funeral services including committal will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Raybrook Manor with her pastor Rev. Gary Leyendecker officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rush Creek Bible Church Building Fund.
