Barbara A. Timmerman, age 95, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024. She was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan in the summer of 1928 to Louis and Anna [Piersman] Timmerman.
Barbara enjoyed a long career as a medical secretary and she had been a wonderful organist throughout most of her adult life at Trinity Reformed Church in Grand Rapids. She loved classical music and served as a volunteer with Wycliffe Bible Translators. Barbara will be fondly remembered for her generosity, freely giving of her time, talents and resources.
Barbara will be laid to rest during a brief service on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 11 a.m in Greenwood Cemetery in Grand Rapids.
