Andy Aardema

Andrew Wayne Aardema, age 69, entered his heavenly home January 15, 2025. Andy was born February 25, 1955 in Zeeland to the late Charles and Lois (VanKoevering) Aardema. Andy had a degree in Mathmatics. He sang tenor in the Metropolitan Choir, Schubert Male Chorus and the Good Libations quintet. Andy loved to cook, baking desserts and breads for Charley’s Crab restaurant. He was a member of West Leonard Christian Reformed Church. Andy is survived by his sisters, Karen (Stu) Mulder, and Mary Jane Aardema; niece and nephews, Charles and Melissa Mulder, David and Robin Mulder, Grant and Leah Mulder, Alyssa and Derek Schoeneman; and 9 great nieces and nephews. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 11 AM at West Leonard Christian Reformed Church, 1053 West Leonard St NW. Friends may visit with family beginning at 10 AM.
