Shirley M. Kraus, born on May 17, 1927, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to Robert and Mable Gardiner, was one of eight children.
She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Eugene V. Kraus. Shirley went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on August 18, 2026 at Edison Christian Assisted Living in Grand Rapids, MI. Shirley loved baking, gardening, and reading her Bible daily.
Shirley is survived by her two sons, Mark (Lorraine) Kraus and Randy (Char) Kraus; grandsons: James Kraus, and Robert (Joanna) Kraus, and two great-grandchildren: Mitchell Kraus and Claudia Kraus.
A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
