Shelley (Boeze) Faasse'

Shelley (Boeze) Faasse’, age 72, entered her heavenly home December 3, 2023. Shelley was born November 30, 1951 in Grand Rapids to the late Martin Jacob and Geraldine Myrtle (Ford) Faasse’. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Martin Faasse’. Shelley was a lifelong learner and the moral compass to her children. She was a gifted artist, oil painting portaits and charcoal drawings; she cherished her flower garden, enjoyed a great sense of humor, but most of all, guiding her life was her faith in Jesus Christ. Shelley is survived by her children, John Michael Boeze II, Matthew Martin (Alexandria Rae) Boeze, Elizabeth Stehr-Boeze; grandchildren, Sawyer Rae Ann, Adam Michael, Micah Alexander, and Cai Jacob. She is also survived by her siblings, Harrietta Diekmen, Gordon (Nancy) Faasse’, Martina (John) Dohanich; and several nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held at Rosedale Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Kent County Animal Shelter.
