Patricia lived most of her life in Grand Rapids and surrounding West Michigan communities. She is survived by her children Kelly Porter and Keith (Kayla) Schwarz; grandchildren Victoria, Kaden, Noelle, Kameron, Karsun, Wyatt, Isabell and Cloey; her sisters and brother Avis Seibold, Diane Rider, Paul (Jeanine) Keenan as well as nieces and nephews.
The service to remember and celebrate her life will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 1 PM at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home – Alt & Shawmut Hills Chapel, 2120 Lake Michigan Drive NW. Friends are invited to visit with her family beginning at Noon.
