May Blanche Glover, age 94 of Grand Rapids, passed away on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025. May was born in Detroit, Michigan where she attended schools. After marrying Robert Anderson, the couple moved to Cadillac and then Alpena for a few years before settling in Grand Rapids.
She operated a day care center from her home in the Kentwood area for over 20 years. She enjoyed crafts and hobbies and enjoyed making jewelry and flower arrangements. She also loved her beloved dog, Buffie who preceded her in death.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Norman Meengs and then Ernest Glover. May is survived by her sons, Dennis and David Anderson; daughter, Lisa Meengs; grandchildren Talia (Billy) Green and Lindsey (Zack) Simmons; great grandchildren Lucy, Emma, Johnny and Hazel Green.
Cremation has taken place.
