Kenneth Allen Dahnke, age 71, entered his heavenly home October 26, 2026. Ken was born December 23, 1954 in Grand Rapids, to the late Robert and Geraldine (Tolsma) Dahnke. He was also preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Earl “Jack” Barger. Ken was a charter member of Ada Bible Church. He retired from Our Daily Bread Ministries, having worked there over forty years. Ken loved watching, researching, and tracking “Lakers”, lake freighters. He also enjoyed genealogy, 3D printing, but most of all “his buddies” being a grandpa. On August 28, 1982 Ken married Kathleen Barger. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Kathleen; his daughter, Michelle (Brandon) Hopkins; granddaughters, Emma and Riley; sister, Kathy Dahnke; sister-in-law, Sue Barger; and several nieces and cousins. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place.
