Julia Dice “Julie” [Riemersma], Age 89, of Grand Rapids, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 5, 2023.
She was born in McBain, MI in the spring of 1933 to the late Peter and Marie Riemersma.
Along with her parents, Julia is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Kenneth who passed away in 2013 as well as by numerous siblings.
She is survived by her three sons, Jim, Steve and Scott; two grandchildren; Ella and Lincoln; sister Lee Stukkie; many nieces and nephews and her dear friends Joan, Dorie, Sadie and Ev.
Julie’s funeral service will take place on Friday, March 10, 2023 at 12 noon at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home, Alt-Shawmut Chapel, (2120 Lake Michigan Dr. NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504).
Relatives and friends may visit with her family prior to the service at the funeral home beginning at 11 am.
