John Johnson passed away Tuesday morning, March 8, 2022 at the age of 80. He was born in Albert Lea, Minnesota in the spring of 1941 to the late Kermit and Mary Johnson.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by nine of his brothers. John is survived by his wife of 58 years, Nelda and their two children, Harth (Lisa) Johnson and Crystal (Andy) Richardson. He has two grandchildren, Jonathon and Eli and two sisters Mary Ann Harris and Joanne Kremn.
Per John’s wishes he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 11 AM at the Heritage Life Story Funeral Home, Alt-Shawmut Chapel (2120 Lake Michigan Dr. NW Grand Rapids, MI 49504).
