age 77, of Grand Rapids, went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 26, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Everell L. and Lydia Adams. Helyn was an avid walker and loved the outdoors. She lived an independent life until health issues led her to assisted living. Helyn was a resident at Addington Place at East Paris (now Commonwealth). She was a longtime member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church and later, Grace Lutheran Church. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Friday March 3, 2023 at Grace Lutheran Church, 150 50th St SW, Grand Rapids. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service. Interment in Rosedale Memorial Park. Contributions in her memory may be made to Grace Lutheran Church.
