Helen Wheeler (Henrickson)

Helen Wheeler, born Helen Hendrickson on May 20, 1951, to Arthur and Blanche Hendrickson, passed away peacefully at home on March 17, 2025.

Helen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her husband, George Wheeler; her children, Penni, Megan, and Robert; her grandchildren, Lilly, Scarlett, Ivy, Jane, Aspen-Hunter, Irisemerald, and Kayden; and her brother, Don, and his wife, Christina.

Helen had a deep love for music and cherished attending the symphony with family and friends. Summers were spent camping up north with George, creating memories surrounded by nature. She had a generous and kind heart, always welcoming others with open arms. Many considered her to be like a mother to them, a testament to her warmth and compassion.

Helen’s presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday March 25, 2025, at Chapel Hill Cemetery beginning 12 pm, following the celebration we are gathering at Cantina Mexican restaurant please free join us to celebrate her.
