Dorothy Koll

Dorothy Koll, age 90 of Grand Rapids, passed away on Sunday September 18, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Koll who died in 1971 as well as by 3 of her grandchildren. Dorothy is survived by her children Joyce (Jon) Vander Bee, Janice (Marvin) Dykema, James (Sally) Koll, Barbara (John) Niewiek, Chuck (Lori) Koll and Mary (Don) Fanning; 39 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren. Dorothy is also survived by her sister-in-law Marian Klaasen and many nieces and nephews. The service to remember Dorothy’s life will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 11 AM at the Heritage Life Story Funeral Home – Alt & Shawmut Hills Chapel, (2120 Lake Michigan Drive NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504). Friends are invited to visit with her family at the Funeral Home on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 4-7 PM and prior to the funeral on Friday beginning at 10 AM.
